Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Research Scientist to join our antibody development team. This role will be responsible for new product development and evaluation such as antibodies, or other reagents for immunological assays, immunofluorescent image applications, and biological functional assays. The candidate will also participate in evaluating new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Propose and design new products with Product Development teams.
Develop and maintain product requirements, roadmaps, and strategic insights with internal and external collaborators.
Develop reports, posters, and presentations to communicate internally with project teams.
Assist in lab management.
Plan and execute experiments and analyze data independently.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or science with at least 5 years of relevant experience with developing antibody products.
Hands-on experience with antibody development, particularly with multiplex technologies.
Able to apply scientific training to solve manufacturing and operational issues.
Have a deep understanding of antibody products and antibody development.
Working knowledge of and application of good manufacturing theories and practices.
Attention to detail, critical data analysis, and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
