PROGRAM SUPERVISOR – COUNSELLING AND THERAPY SERVICES
Full-time Management Position in Kapuskasing

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Counselling and Therapy Services (CTS) team at the North Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all services within their assigned portfolio. This position will optimize our services and ensure compliance with current legislation, Ministry guidelines, and child and youth mental health policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, particularly in community based children’s mental health services, and will excel at recognizing strengths and fostering a culture of trust, respect, fairness, consistency, diversity, and inclusiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS):
• Master in Social Work, Baccalaureate in Social Work, or a degree in a related field accepted by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
• Must be a member, or eligible to become a member with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), or with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) in accordance with the Psychotherapy Act. Membership to the respective College must be maintained annually.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the application of the various legislative Acts, Regulations, Standards, and Policies in order to ensure that the Agency’s mandate, goals, and objectives are achieved.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment with sound decision making and effective communication.
• Advanced knowledge and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle.
