Hiring, evaluating and working with the executive director
Representing the organization at external events
We envision an equitable society where mental wellbeing supports are accessible, responsive and meet the needs of youth, young adults and their families. We recognize the existence of barriers to full participation in society due to socioeconomic status, mental health status, disability, systemic discrimination, and the disproportionate effects of oppression on BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, Indigenous youth, Black youth, and other BIPOC young people.
Our Board continually strives to recruit new Directors that reflect the diversity of our clients and the broader community, and who are committed to challenging systemic discrimination and oppression in the work we do.
If your values align with ours, and you have the skills and experience we are in search of, we’d like to hear from you!
