Join executive directors, senior leaders and board members for the Leadership Exchange and Governance Pre-Conference meeting. This full day strategic session will focus on the board’s role in systems change, including advancing quality, equity and access in child and youth mental health. Open exclusively to CMHO members, we will do a deep dive into some of the key system challenges and big questions facing our sector. As CMHO is entering strategic planning, this is a critical time for us to come together as a sector and identify new opportunities and new ways to be bold and better support Ontario’s infants, children, youth and families.
